Kate, Creative Stylist." I've always had a strong passion for hairdressing, especially the technical side of it, ever since i was a child. Just walking past a hairdressers with all the smells of the products fascinated me. So when i got my apprenticeship at Toni&Guy i felt overawed. As part of my Toni&Guy apprenticeship I was entered into the assistant competition southern heat in London. Under the observation of local judges, I had to cut and colour a model's hair and complete a mood board to explain the reasons as to the style and colour that I had chosen. After all competitors had been assessed, I was announced as the winner and was presented my award by Sasha (daughter of Toni Mascolo) and Toni mascolo (co founder of Toni&Guy)."
